Hill is a remarkable book on health and fitness, diet and nutrition, and teaching you to know your body.It has an overwhelming amount of information on different exercises and how to change your body.Each time I read this book I learn something new from it.I have never sat down and read this book from chapters 1,2,3 and so on.I find myself too anxious and I begin to flip through different chapters.This is not a book that I will read once, I find myself continuing to read it and as a result my workouts keep on improving and my body grows stronger.I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in working out/changing their body or for anyone that already does work out.
